We understand that as a client-partner you want the flexibility to choose not only your destination, but your journey too. And for such a unique company, like ours, to only offer a pre-fixed menu rather than a la carte, would not only be a shame but a complete contradiction to our values. This is why we offer a business model comprised of three highly distinct types of working relationships. We are redrawing organizational lines and bringing down the most obtrusive boundaries found in any venture.

The Engagement Business Model is a project-based fee or retainer targeting medium and larger sized client organizations. Typical engagements focus on market research + intelligence, corporate, business and brand-level strategy, Positioning + visual identity, digital + social media marketing, public relations, and cross-platform creative ideation.

 

Vicar+Tart has implemented an innovative business model targeting inventors, entrepreneurs and early-stage organizations. The ad(Venture) Partnership model not only allows us to reduce, eliminate or defer our fees in lieu of equity or revenue share in early-stage organizations, but to provide all the benefits of having in-house marketing management, creative communications and strategic planning – all under one roof. In a sense, we have created the first hybrid CMO, Ad Agency and Management Consulting firm. As talent, cash flow, and commitment are three of the most important factors in any successful venture, our ad(Venture) Partnership model meets all of them head on by providing award-winning best-in-class talent, up-front cash relief, and a fully vested in-house marketing team.
